Myth or Fact: St. Joseph Patron Saint of The Home

saintjoseph It is called the “St. Joseph Home Sale Practice”: For untold thousands, this has been a very effective practice for many, many years. As with any word-of-mouth customs, the central theme can get very clouded, from gradually becoming so surrounded by numerous how, when and where details that, even well-meaning people begin to erroneously render the practice as nothing but superstition, hocus-pocus, magic, etc. There have been many different spcifications as to how to bury the statue etc. Really the specifications mean little if anything. What does mean something is that the seller… asks St. Joseph for his help…believe that he will intercede…and trusts him…all as very simply set forth the “The Way of St. Jodeph”.

St. Joseph has been very good to me in real estate and other petitions.

Fot the practice of St. Joseph to be fully effective, however, sellers must, of course, first do such practical, yewt all important chores, as completeing all necessary fix-up, proper staging, and price adjustments to reflect true market value…then…Just watch St. Joseph mke it happen…

One Last Word, for greater intensity of our love and own good, and that of all Christians, we seek from St. Joseph and from all those saints whom we impplore:
Example in their way of life…
Fellowship in their communion…
aid by their intercession…

Cathy Velarde Needs Our Help

Cathy Velarde Needs Our Help

Another opportunity to help a local family.  Anita’s is hosting a fundraiser for Cathy Velarde to raise money for her to purchase hearing aids.  She hasn’t heard her childrens’ voices in 9 years… as if that weren’t enough, she can not get a job without being able to communicate with others in good times, and she keeps to herself as it is cumbersome trying to communicate with those who do not know sign language.  The bottom line is she doesn’t know a lot of people in the community and it will be tough to raise the money needed ($2,500) because she doesn’t have any family in the area, etc…

So, I would like to invite everyone to help if you can.  First and foremost, by coming to Anita’s and meeting Cathy and her family and secondly, if you are able donate anything they family would be very appreciative (any donations can be dropped off at Anita’s Place).  You may have met her kids as they have been doing the best that they can to spread the word.

Along with the Spaghetti Dinner… Salad, hot from the oven breadsticks, beverage, and bite size treats we call the Cinny Minnies.  $18 per couple for good food and a chance to help a neighbor in need.

Thank you for your consideration!  We hope to see you there!  Sunday, March 29th 12-6 pm.
John, Dominic, Tony, and the Anita’s Place family.

Back From Phoenix Summit

Always trying to stay one step ahead of the market, off to Phoenix to a CyberStar Summit. There were 0ver 100 Top agents from around the country at this by invitation only event. Lots of great ideas, new and quick technology tips to help me help buyers and sellers in Macomb, Oakland, Sanilac and St. Clair Counties, across the nation or even the world for that matter. New ideas to compete in this “changing market” had us all working hard. These 100 plus of the most aggressive, progressive, forward thinking professionals in real estate today together made magic. We are sharing our methods of success. The faculty consisted of the continent’s top producing real estate professionals, all ranking in the top 1% of REALTORS® in North America. An Associate from New Jersey,CYberStar from New Jersey Barbara Wiessman,

My Goal, to achieve increased sales for our Algonac, Marine City and St. Clair sellers, and to keep transactions together for our buyers through more creative steps in negotiations and increased use of technology. Barb’s of course was to do the same for Bergan County sales.
I have been involved with the CyberStars since Feb 1996. This Conference and the systems learned from the “ENERGY WITHIN” our group have armed me with the best tools available to provide the highest quality of service to my clients. In addition, I continue to build a tremendous network for referring my clients to the best agents all over the country when they’re considering a move or looking to buy a second home out of the area. I also received invaluable insight on the benefits of operating from a business philosophy and incorporating the latest technology to keep me on the cutting edge. As a part of the Conference, I received information for consumers about the top six mistakes that sellers can make when selling a home, as well as criteria for evualating and hiring a real estate professional on my TEAM. As a public service, I have decided to make the reports available to Algonac, Marine City, St. Clair infact all area residents at no charge. Anyone wanting more information can email me or call me 810-765-8167.
